Service Description

Live teaching practise is how we progress and this module helps deepen our practise, with guest teachers, live class practise and sports yoga project option. For the entire course we will be studying Anatomy and Physiology and this is culminated in a final exam in this session. 200 hours of yoga completed. Final Days 15,16,17th September. 9-5pm at the Hiive, 40 Commercial Street, HG1 1TZ.
