This is where we start to play with our knowledge and delve into the big wide world, we mix beats with our practise, we learn how to choreograph, yoga and also simple dance moves.... we deepen our practise with yin and we learn to teach. 11 Online 2 hour sessions and three intensive days on 12,13,14th May 2025.
